Volunteer Opportunities

Sacred Heart School families are required to volunteer 20 hours of service to the parish or school community each year.

Volunteers are an important part of Sacred Heart School and greatly enhance the educational opportunities for our children. Parents’ dedication and expertise is greatly needed and appreciated.

School volunteers are required to meet the requirements provided by the Diocese of Winona. All volunteers are required to meet the Minnesota requirements for Criminal Background Checks. Please reference www.dow.org for this policy. You will find it listed under Departments, Life, and then the Safe Environment Program. Located on the
right hand side of the screen is a link to the Code of Conduct.

Volunteers must report to the school office and get a visitor’s name tag before beginning duties.
